  • If you are enrolling the robotics technology club, please go to the club enrollment form instead.
  • All start dates are listed along with the course description.
  • To enroll online, please fill up this form and click on "Submit".
  • You may pay online or submit this page with a check payment.
  • If you would like to send us a written form through postal mail, please print this enrollment form, complete and mail it to us along with the payment.
  • Important Note: 
    1. All classes, except robotics technology club, will require students to do homework assignment. A transcript along with the coures syllabus will be provided at the end of the course.  Assessment will be conducted periodically. Please read the course description.
    2. Robotics Technology Club does not require students to do homework assignment, but it is mandatory for them to keep an engineering journal.

  • Please note a student is not registered until the stated tuition or the minimum $250 is received.
  • You will receive an confirmation via email after said payment is received.  If you prefer, you may print out this form and send it along with a check or money order for the required amou
  • nt.  Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $50 processing fee.
  • Please review our code of conduct.  Members MUST conform to our code of conduct.  Disciplinary actions will be taken otherwise.  The center is not responsible for lost personal property.

Refund Policy

  1. No refund will be provided within the 4 weeks prior to the start date of the class. 
  2. If you withdraw more than 4 weeks before the start date of the class, full tuition minus $10 enrollment fee will be refunded.
  3. Admission is on a rolling, first-come, first served basis. Only a maximum of 8 students are allocated in a single session. Therefore, early application is encouraged in order to reserve the class hours of your choice..
